DIRECTOR OF DIGITAL CREATIVE : BD&E (5/14 - present)
Solely responsible for the concept, art direction, and design of all work related to the development and execution of digital creative, including the management of strategic partners and freelancers. Project responsibilites include designing interfaces and user experiences for responsive websites, creating wireframes, sitemaps and prototypes, structuring navigation flows, and the creation of site-wide style guides.
FREELANCE ART + CREATIVE DIRECTION : SELF-EMPLOYED (6/04 - present)
Freelance creative work specializing in concept, creative direction and design for multi-channel initiatives. Responsibilities included interaction and and visual design, project management, brand strategy and development, photography and illustration. Client list included American Eagle Outfitters, UPMC, Temple University, YMCA of Pittsburgh, the Department of Energy and NASA.
SENIOR DIGITAL ART DIRECTOR : AERIE AT AMERICAN EAGLE OUTFITTERS (12/08 - 11/13)
Concept, art direction, and lead creative for all digital touchpoints of aerie.com, including interactive features, email marketing, mobile site, apps and social media. Photo shoot planning and on-set art direction of all on-body studio photography for seasonal campaigns. Delivered brand-enhancing experiences for Aerie, including art direction of the re-branding of Aerie in 2012, building a top-notch creative team, and bringing the brand to life in the digital field.
ART DIRECTOR : RIPPLE EFFECTS INTERACTIVE (3/00 - 6/04)
Concept, design, and art direction of websites. Involved creative thinking and branding to position clients web presence and create an engaging online experience. Responsible for concept and design of all print work, including company’s own promotional material. Client list includes AARP, American Eagle Outfitters, Carnegie Mellon University, and the Pennsylvania Tourism Office.
